greatly enjoyed our stay here. everything was fantastic at this hotel, very attentive and thoughtful staff. the position of the venue was magnificent, by restaurants that are worth a visit whether you are a sweet tooth or wanting something savory.

Everything was simply amazing. Clean, small family-run hotel. I really enjoyed the individually decorated rooms. Competent staff. Booked a room with a view. The location was incredible. Happy to source a restaurant next door to Market Square. Close to a romantic canal, modern conveniences, and boats passing by regularly.

View of the cathedral was lovely, the room was exquisite and soundproof. And the facilities were overall nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely small hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, and they even left treats for my dog in the room. The champagne and cheese served on the terrace was a delightful touch, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. The hotel's central location made it convenient to visit all the sites, and the beautiful terrace overlooking the canal added to the charm of my stay.

The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The room was beautifully furnished and spacious. The staff were polite and helpful, assisting with restaurant reservations. The breakfast in the wood-panelled dining room was luxurious, with a nice choice of cold cuts and pastries. I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate by the lounge fireplace. the hotel had a great ambiance and I highly recommend it.

One downside was the noise from the loading dock outside our window, which disturbed my sleep.

This place is perfectly located right by a canal in the center of the city, surrounded by world heritage monuments. The atmosphere is incredibly romantic, with beautiful interior decoration and furnishings. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even gave us a lovely gift of apples and a bottle of water when we checked out. The room itself was superb, spacious and cozy with a fireplace and comfortable bed. The sitting room/bar was a great place to relax, especially with a hot chocolate in front of the fire. Breakfast was delicious and we were tempted to try their afternoon teas. The discounted parking in the nearby garage was a definite plus.
